How do these things happen?  The correct recipe was in the galleys and the page proofs, but somehow, it got changed for the final printed version. 

In the Not So Swedish Meatball recipe on page 247, Instead of "8 50-ounces cream of mushroom soup undiluted," the line should read "one restaurant-size can (50 ounces) cream of mushroom soup undiluted."
